GENEL NİTELİKLER
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; preferably Mechanical Engineering,
- Excellent quality system background (mainly TS 16949 / testing, calibration etc.),
- Minimum 3 years of direct experience in quality engineering field, preferably in automotive industry,
- Assertive and positive attitude, flexible, creative, initiative, team player,
- Strong communication and presentation skills for customer, supplier and internal organization,
- Excellent written/verbal communication and reporting skills in Turkish and in English (preferably German language).
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead the APQP process according to Customer Requirements and PDP/PSP,
- Follow the customer and internal timing plan,
- Manage and lead quality documents preparation,
- Prepare and follow validation tests,
- Manage and lead control fixture manufacturing process with Product Engineer,
- Lead the core team according to customer quality requirements,
- Making IMDS entries according to Customer timing plan,
- Organize meeting with Customer according to project planning,
- Preparing PPAP presentation to Customer for serial and new projects,
- Following running changes as requested by Project Manager/Leader,
- Organize line trials for running changes,
- Managing SPC& MCA studies,
- Conscious consumption of natural resources, the protection of the environment in waste disposal.
