QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Main Accountabilities
· Managing projects and construction related activities, planning and start up processes within the facility perimeters of Bunge, reporting to facility managers,
· Leading of engineering activities in capex projects (Layouts, P&ID's, Functional Descriptions, Process Design, Project Schedule, MOC, etc.)
· Project preparation stage: Feasibility studies, investment cost preparation, Project time plan preparation, risk assessment preparation, compliance plan,
· Ensure that goals and objectives of projects are accomplished with prescribed timeframe,
· Project execution stage – working with designing company, negotiation technical solutions, gathering quotation from potential suppliers, tendering process support (supplying with required information), commissioning process, launching process, report creating about the results of new installation. Implementation and manage of all stage of projects, contractor management in the field.
· Controlling, reporting and monitoring of all capex budgets
· Using Genius application to record CAPEX budget requirements and projects
· Selects engineering techniques to solve problems and make design recommendations
· Provides technical direction to project team members.
· Review, maintain and update project-related documentation as necessary to ensure its accuracy and to meet project governance requirements
· Assist in determining project objectives to contribute to the development of comprehensive project design, ensure optimized cost-effectiveness, integration/alignment with standardized solutions in place elsewhere within Bunge, etc.
· Food, environment - occupational safety and energy management related issues to report to the Team Leader
· Working in line with food, environmental safety and energy policy and targets, contributing to energy efficiency studies
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
· University degree from the related field of study.( Preferably graduated mechanical, electrical & electronic or mechatronic engineering departments,
· Good command of both written and spoken English,
· Min 5 year experience in food or chemical industries in similar position
· Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, SAP and AutoCAD software
· Competency in project management,
· FMEA knowledge is an asset,
· PMP Certification is an asset,
· Problem solving skills, planning and organization as well as analytical thinking capability,
· Having information regarding OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, 5001, FSSC 22000 will be a plus
