QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or a similar discipline
  • 5+ years of sales experience in B2B. Experience selling fair and event is an advantage but not essential.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with and relate to all levels
  • Budget management and responsibility
  • Competitive in English, German is a plus
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications
  • No military obligation for male candidates

Job Description

  • Responsible for fair sales of the existing projects (Space, Advertising & Sponsorship)
  • Performing national and international sales by creating a portfolio regarding the related project.
  • Conducting a thorough analysis of potential exhibitors in related B2B sectors
  • Support the team to create new value added services in the project.
  • Ensure coordination and communication with internal, external and managing partners
  • Providing efficient sales strategy according to yearly budgets and targets
  • Manage the day-to-day performance of all sales operations and deliver reviews.
  • Influence, network and collaborate with the related associations in the sectors and governmental bodies
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with key clients
  • Work collaboratively to cross-sell new products as virtual/ online webinars, conferences to existing account base and new customers
  • Reporting of the fair in alignment with respective rules and regulations
  • Building and maintaining relationships based on trust and confidentiality, in regards to the commercial relationships with third parties.
