We are an international automotive Tier-1 supplier with footprint around the globe, and looking for an enthusiastic Project Specialist, who will have an exciting and challenging opportunity to take a key role in our business with our customers and partners.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in Project Management at an automotive supplier,
- At least one program launches with successful PPAP submission and approval,
- Knowledge of APQP and PPAP processes,
- Working experience with FORD is preferred,
- Knowledge on sheet metal processing, arc welding and GD&T,
- Knowledge of robot and PLC programing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, sound knowledge on CATIA,
- IATF 16949 knowledge
- Redaction of the Technical machines specification according FMEA results and internal review meeting
- Lead the design checking of new machines and tooling by organizing internal technical review and risk analisis with the team
- Lead manufacturing of new equipments and tooling by redaction of technical specification and tracking of the realisation with the machines suppliers.
- Very good command of English both verbal and written,
- Excellent professional communication skills is a key asset,
- Analytical mind-set with ability to keep resilient and focused approach in high stress conditions,
- Strong customer focus and appropriate sense of urgency,
- Adaptable to work in a different culture while matching his/her interpersonal style to the working culture.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Follow up the main time plan, milestones, objectives, resources of the activities in the project,
- Support the project team to determine, plan, implement, control and complete the necessary steps to ensure project success,
- Understand project constraints and goals,
- Organize technical meetings and project reviews with all parties; internal and external,
- Report the issues/risks periodically and follow up the countermeasures,
- Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction with open and proactive communication.
- Leading prototype production and preparation of serial production,
- Tracking of validation tests (capabilities, performance test, Process validation test, etc.),
- Working with all impacted teams to ensure correct parties are involved to improve in terms of price and quality of the products.
