QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a “Purchasing and Supply Chain Responsible” for our global client operating in Healthcare industry.
Job Description:
- Managing workflow with logistic departments of international medical device companies.
- Making order correspondences with foreign suppliers,
- Carrying out shipping and customs organizations and following up processes,
- Making necessary reporting on purchasing and stock levels,
- Working closely with sales team to gather sales forecasts and manage purchasing plan
- Following up stock levels actively,
- Supporting pricing processes,
- Preparation and publication of dealers and patients sales price lists,
- Managing ÜTS registrations of new devices.
General Qualifications:
- University degree,preferably in Biomedical Sciences or related field
- Fluency in English spoken and written
- Advanced user of Excel ,MS Office
- Minimum 4 years experience in managing international suppliers
- Experience in purchasing in healthcare industry
- Strong reporting skills with a careful and detailed perspective,
- Residency in the European Side,
- Military service completed for male candidates,
