QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a " Purchasing Chief " who will work at "MP&L&Purchasing Department" of our Company. Our Company operates in the Automotive Industry as subsidiary Plastics Injection field and is located at Dilovası.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Preferably Mechanical, Industry or Metallurgical Engineer)
- Minimum 10 years overall experience in similar jobs and experience in an Automotive Industry
- Preferable to experience in Plastics raw material purchasing,
- Good skills on MS Office especially Excel
- Fluent English (Verbal and Written)
- Experience of price / cost analysis, proposal preparation and evaluation
- Experience of ERP programs
- Improved planning and coordination skills
- Customer focused, responsible, result-oriented, systematic and analytical thinking
- Tend to team work, willing to learn and proactive
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Self-confident and strong communication skills
- Having no obstacle to travel abroad, actively driving
- Military service should be completed for male candidates
- Resident in Istanbul Anatolian Side or Kocaeli
Job description
- Execution of domestic and foreign supplier selection, cost analysis and procurement contract processes of serial production parts
- Management of the material purchasing process at the time of new projects
- Investigation of new and alternative suppliers
- Data / cost analysis to ensure that purchases are made in an efficient manner
- Follow-up of supplier performances
- Making price controls of plastic materials and other row materials
- Making supplier contracts
- Managing supplier performances
- Working according to the targets and KPIs of purchasing operations
