We are looking for a Purchaser in our global commercial team for our growing organization in Aegean Free Zone, GAZIEMIR – İzmir.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- High level of spoken and written English (Corporate Language is English)
- Advanced level of ERP understanding
- Minimum 3 years Purchasing experience, preferably in commercial area
- Advanced MS Office & Excel knowledge
- Cooperate with Global Procurement, Engineering, Quality, Planning, Production and Logistics Departments
- Strong technical understanding and able to read drawings
- Strong communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong analytical capability
- Strong motivation to perform as best in class
- Team Player
- “B” Class Driver’s License
- No restriction for travelling in and out of country
Job Description
- Purchase order management
- Masterdata maintenance
- Perform purchasing activities with global suppliers on direct spend categories
- Drive continuous improvement at the suppliers
- Support category management
