QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Purchasing Specialist to be employed for operating in the defense industry of our Company.
Job Specifications:
- University degree in Engineering, Science, Economics, Business Administration or related fields,
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience on material procurement (preferably in defense industries),
- Excellent verbal and written English communication,
- Good level of MS Office Applications,
- Military service required for the male candidates,
- Good knowledge of ERP, SAP MM Module knowledge is an asset.
Job Description:
- To obtain offers, make price negotiations ,review and update,
- Preparation of the purchase orders and following the process with local and international suppliers,
- Look for alternative/ approved suppliers in line with company material requirements,
- Continual cost improvements by studying through existing and new suppliers,
- Supplier selection for new project parts and materials,
- Price negotiations and agreements with suppliers,
- Evaluation and development of suppliers during serial production period.
