QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
1. According to doc and process requirement to finish the ESD/EOS check on time, find and push to solve the ESD/EOS issue, and regularly organize training ESD Knowledge and assessment as well as the ESD execution audit.
2. According to China reliability test planning, ensure product consistency and reliability meet the quality target.
3. Through dummy test,monitor the validity and stability of operator and equipment.
4. Daily system audits, improvement plans and action list/follow-up process
5. Managing Comprehensive Team and laboratory
Job requirements:
1. Advanced English Speaking Skills, Chinese is a plus.
2. College degree or above, and Major in Engineering
3. Proficient in ISO 9001 and ISO 19011 and Quality Assurance experienced
3. Good communication, organization and management skills, Strong execution on the daily work.
4. Familiar with the office software as well as the operation.
