QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Essential General Responsibilities
- Aware of the company and local EHS policies, rules, and standards. Showing exemplary behaviors on EHS,
- To review the customer specifications starting from tendering stage and record special requirements to follow during execution stage of project, To follow the risk assessment process for semi-finished and finished to force ‘’part qualification’’ process if needed
- To lead the fulfillments of ‘’part qualification’’ process requirements,
- To perform first sample inspections and prepare a report for approval of the samples,
- To customize supplier ITP’ s with the contract specific requirements and make sure they serve as inputs to the project risks, design reviews and FMEA’s,
- To implement the new defined ICP s, SCP s and SQP in the material incoming quality control process and supplier processes,
- To check and approve the suppliers’ control plans, supplier quality reports and records
- To coordinate the inspection and controls in-line with related standards internal procedures and instructions at the supplier sites and material incoming area
- Implementation of the established and integrated quality system with respect to quality policy and quality objectives to reach the Unit’s targets and meet customer satisfaction
- To lead the governance of NCR related with suppliers, share the NC with suppliers if needed and lead NC for CAPA actions
- To analyze NC s, then develop, implement, and evaluate quality assurance process sampling systems, procedures, and statistical techniques to track the progress of improvement effort
- To make sure the control plans and associated specification for suppliers are updated with the learnings (FMEA, gate reviews, 8D’s)
- To review the SMS (standard material specification) compliance of the suppliers and manage supplier concession request within the organization
- To create a SMS (standard material specification) and FSA forms for Semi finished and finished components
- Complete APQP activities with suppliers during early launch.
- Work with Quality, production, design, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues related to existing suppliers
- Oversee evaluation of test equipment, precision measurements, accuracy measurements, and performance testing,
- To organize and perform supplier process audits if needed,
- To implement quality improvements together with cross functional teams,
- To prepare supplier COPQ report and follow up for the evidence of cost for supplier negotiation
- To prepare supplier performance monitoring report considering the supplier KPIs to define improvement actions and coordinate internal review meetings.
- To stop the production in case of non-conformities occurred on process (including design and erection), material and product,
- To prepare and contribute for the supplier quality scope when Customer visits/audits
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering Departments (preferable Mechanical or Metallurgical and Material Engineering)
- Min. 2 to 5 years experience in a similar role (preferably in Supplier quality)
- Having knowledge at special process knowledge (welding, NDT, brazing, coating) (Certification preferable for related special processes)
- Strong verbal and written skills in English
- Preventive quality tools (8D, FMEA, R&R, Cpk ...)
- Ability to understand raw material and electrical and mechanical requirements
- Having risk-based process management approach
- Having process orientation and good analytical and strong problem-solving skills
- Experience working within a matrix structure
- Background and/or experience with Electrical systems,
- Excellent leadership, influencing, teamwork, and communication skills
- Emotionally resilient and able to drive projects effectively for excellence against demanding targets in a complex, multi-disciplined environment
- Customer oriented and able to operate effectively in a high-pressure environment and pressing customer deadlines
- Ability to build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external customer

- Ability to implement Measurement system analysis for special characteristic of transformer semi-finished and finished components
- Knowledge of SAP environment
