QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Quality Chief Engineer to work at our Litostroj Turkey factory.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in mechanical/material/welding engineering or related departments
· Minimum 5 year experienced in stainless steel production
· SAP Knowledge will be an asset
· Knowledge or certification in EN ISO 9606-1, EN 15614, EN ISO 14731
· Knowledge in EN1090, EN3834
· Knowledge and experience on preparing PQR,WPS and WQT according to EN and ASME norms
· Fluency in English
Job Description
· Controlling and managing all Quality Control activities starting from material receive to end of production.
· Preparation and implementation of Quality plans including NDT processes for products regarding to related Standards and customer specifications.
· Preparation and implementation of first article inspection of materials received from suppliers.
· Controlling and organizing of all QC activities related technical documentation, and preparation of Quality files, which will be provided to customer.
· Controlling and organizing of Coating Quality Inspection operations.
· Following and managing Quality management systems as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, EN ISO 3834 etc.
· Guides design, develops and tests welding methods, materials, processes and results.
· Recommend and develop preventative maintenance procedures for all plant welding equipment including robotic systems.
· Evaluate processes and procedures to maintain or improve weld parameters and weld efficiency.
· Assist in development of the weld quality control process.
· Prepare WPS, PQR and welder certificates.
· Providing the necessary support to the Business Development Department for the preparation of the proposals welding methodology and quality control steps.
