Within GEN, we are looking for a "Quality Control Chief" to work in the"Quality Control"department of our factory located in ANKARA ASO 2nd and 3rd Organized Industrial Zone.
Qualıfıcations:
- University degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry (Preferably post graduate)
- Minimum 7 years of Analytical Laboratory experience pharmaceutical industry.
- At least 3 years of experience in Chief & Team management in Pharmaceutical Quality Control
- Good leadership skills and experiences.
- Knowledge of cGMP& cGLP and SAP&QMEX
- Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment
- Proficient in devices such as HPLC, GC, UV, ICP-MS, Polarimeter used in the laboratory
- Team working and customer-oriented mindset
- Good analytical thinking skills
- Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Good command of English is required
- Residing or able to reside in Ankara
Job Description
- To ensure that GMP requirements defined by EU GMP&FDA are completely and effectively implemented.
- Responsible for all aspects of health, safety, quality, and environment at the responsible area.
- Planning starting materials sampling and laboratory analyses as a right way
- Planning and controlling the work plans of the documentation team
- Review, evaluation and approve of analysis results.
- Release the starting metarials from SAP system
- Reporting of monthly laboratory datas to Quality Control Manager.
- Leads laboratory investigations and ensure that finding root-cause.
- Support team members to perform right time in all analysis and documentation.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of documents and methods used
- Contribute to saving projects.
