QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Lead and direct Quality Control (QC) & Continuous Improvement (CI) functions in plant.
• Manage and sustain the quality control processes on incoming materials/production processes/finished goods and stockyard.
• Lead and manage all the processes related with local and international product certifications such as TSE, Aenor, CSTB, SKZ, DVGW, Gost etc.
• Develop and maintain QC instructions/plans/procedures to ensure all relevant steps are done in accordance with the standards.
• Ensure weekly and monthly quality and CI reports to be submitted to the management
• Manage customer complaint system and conduct in-site/ off-site inspections to carry out the process effectively and implement and follow up corrective actions accordingly
• Perform alternative material trials and report the results to management for cost effective solutions.
• Liaise with relevant departments for developing and sustaining the system for compliance on ISO 9001, ISO14001 & ISO 45001
• Leading and participating groupwise international projects and continuous improvement initiatives
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• BS degree in Engineering or Basic Sciences
• Good command of English and MS Office Applications
• SAP knowledge (preferably)
