QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications
· Engineering background, Chemical, Food or Bio Engineering departments of universities.
· A minimum of 3 years of experience in R&D and P&D similar position,
· Thorough knowledge of project process
· Proven ability to manage large teams in a R&D and P&D laboratory environment
· Genuine passion about the food and laboratory industry, particularly produce
· Having experience on current KOSGEB, TUBİTAK TEYDEB, TUBİTAK ARDEB, processes,
· Excellent people management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in R&D and P&D, or similar process is preferred.
Key Accountabilities
· Managing all the works performed by the team of which he is the manager, ensuring that they are carried out in a timely and complete manner, providing relevant reporting and information
· Conducting and evaluating R&D studies and sharing the results with the necessary departments/factory manager in order to guide production
· Managing and monitoring correspondence and coordination on KOSGEB, TUBITAK TEYDEB, TUBITAK ARDEB
· Research on alternative raw material sources for currently produced formulations.
· Up-to-date research of patents and articles published in the industry
· Responsible forinventory list of the materials, devices and equipments in the laboratory up to date,
· Responsible all shifts at thelaboratory
· Ensuring the implementation of in-company training programs to the laboratory department
