QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

YC INOX is a 100% Taiwanese greenfield investment, under construction period. Once fully operative company will be active in stainless steel tube & pipe manufacturing and service center with 300 employees.

The purpose of the job is supporting the full scope of Customer Service responsibilities, maintaining the organization's Customer Service activities by implementing, and evaluating policies, programs, and practices.

Job Description:

  • Implement customer service management policies effectively.
  • Identify customer requirements and manage the complaint process.
  • Record customer complaints, requests, needs and solutions.
  • Ensure that customer requests and needs are met in coordination with the relevant departments.
  • Evaluate customer complaints, analyse root causes, and promptly initiate and follow corrective actions in the relevant departments.
  • Inform customers about solutions to customer complaints.
  • Follow up incoming /vendor induced quality issues and implement on-time corrective actions.
  • On-site improvement, correction and tracking of quality issues related to customer service.
  • Perform periodical statistical analysis of customer service cases and technical services.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from Mechanical / Material Engineering.
  • Preferably having at least 3 years of experience.
