QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
YC INOX is a 100% Taiwanese greenfield investment, under construction period. Once fully operative company will be active in stainless steel tube & pipe manufacturing and service center with 300 employees.
This position is a mid-level managerial position and the position will be reporting to QA Department Manager.
The purpose of the job is managing the full scope of Quality Assurance responsibilities, maintaining the organization's Quality Assurance by implementing, and evaluating policies, programs, and practices.
Job Description:
- Set up QA policy, procedures, and programs, implement and manage all QA related activities accordingly.
- Train internal auditors of the company. Plan, perform and report internal audits. Ensure the elimination of CRAs (Corrective Remedial Actions) detected internal audits.
- Lead the accreditation of ISO 9001 / ISO 3834 as needed.
- Manage quality document control system. Ensure that the Quality Management System documents are prepared in accordance with the standard, kept up to date in the relevant systems, all departments is aware, current versions of the documents are published and old versions are removed from the system.
- Manage QA Staff by explaining position’s aims and use every opportunity to lead them to these aims.
Requirements:
- Good Level of English.
- Bachelor’s Degree from Mechanical / Material Engineering. Preferably Master's Degree in related departments.
- Having at least 5 years of experience, at least 1 year of managerial experience.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 10002, 14001.
- Knowledge of FMEA, QCC, Seven Quality Tools, 8D.
