We are looking for a "Quality Engineer" for our global client which is one of production sector.

*Capability to guide the business to develop a quality culture by examples, best practices and continuous improvement processes
*Ability to analyze facts, figures and trends to develop option-oriented solutions
*Very good command of MS office and at least basic understanding of SAP
*Excellent command of English
*Knowledge in OMP is an advantage
Lead the Plant Quality function, ensuring an organization and team competent to deliver quality performance to meet customer expectations by minimizing the cost of quality
*Lead Quality activities in the plant (i.e. quality engineering and assurance) to ensure that all product quality and reliability standards for products consistently meet or exceed internal, customer and regulatory requirements
*Lead actions to resolve problems related to product and process quality performance measures / metrics(PSM – Problem Solving Methodology)of supplier capability where appropriate
*Promote high-performance and quality-oriented culture
*Manage, direct, plan, and coordinate total quality programs, policies and initiatives as required for growth and product development that is in compliance with customer and international standards for quality
*Establish a quality organization with excellent standards to drive customer satisfaction throughout our quality processes and systems that allow conformance to customer requirements
*Use Benchmarking opportunities to explore better ways of obtaining quality that means building the appropriate relationships with relevant internal and external quality
channels to facilitate benchmarking and sharing of good practices.
*Being a role model of Zero Defect and First Time Right culture.
