We are looking for a Quality Management Specialist with the following qualifications:
- BA / BSc degree in Engineering Faculties, (Faculty of Science and Letters etc.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Quality Management Systems,
- Experienced in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001 management systems,
- Prefably has knowledge of TS EN ISO/IEC 17020 accreditation standard,
- Having ISO 9001 / ISO 19011 internal auditor certificate and internal audit experience,
- Prefably has experience in QDMS documentation, corrective action, audit and action management modules,
- Prefably has knowledge in Process Management, Risk Management, Business Continuity Management,
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English,
- Proficient using on MS Office Applications,
- Quality and detail oriented,
- Dedicated to self improvement,
- Strong communication, planning and follow up skills,
- Good at analytical thinking, data analysis and problem solving.
- Ability to work in a multinational / multicultural environment,
- No military obligation for male candidates,
İŞ TANIMI- Carrying out all necessary activities within the scope of effective implementation, development, continuity and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) established based on TS EN ISO / IEC 17020 requirements.
- Carrying out necessary activities to keep QMS documentation up-to-date, created in accordance with the requirements of TS EN ISO / IEC 17020, other relevant standards and legal obligations,
- Following, analyzing and reporting of the corrective and preventive actions performed for the continuous improvement and development of the QMS,
- Planning, performing and reporting of Internal Quality Audits.
- Planning, performing and reporting of Supplier Audits.
- Leading of TÜRKAK Accreditation Audit process with the department (audit planning, participation in the field, follow up effective corrective and preventive action upon Audit Report and findings.)
- Managing of the Individual Suggestion System,
- Carrying out of BCM (Business Continuity Management) activities,
