QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

DowAksa, an international indirect joint venture between the Dow Chemical Company and Aksa Akrilik Kimya Sanayii A.Ş., established in 2012, is providing and selling high quality carbon fiber and carbon fiber reinforced advanced composite solutions by applying science, world class manufacturing capabilities and technical knowledge, to the industrial clients.

DowAksa is selling to diversified industrial market areas.

Infrastructure

QUALIFICATIONS

The company is offering the role of a Quality Specialist Engineer-Pultrusion;

• Bachelors degree in Engineering such as; Chemical, Mechanical, Material Science or similar fields,
• Minimum 3 years of experince in Automotive and/or Wind Industry (or technical experience with background in Quality Tools)
• Proficiency in written and spoken English,
• Certified lead and internal auditor (ISO 9001:2015),
• Solid knowledge core tools APQP/PPAP/MSA/SPC,
• Experience on conducting risk analysis, FMEA or similar is an asset,
• Good knowledge MS Office applications, and preferably has experiance on Oracle ERP,
• Competent in teamwork, strong analytical approach, enable a learning approach to solve problems,
• Residing or to be residing in Yalova or Karamürsel.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Review technical specifications, drawings, instructions and various related production and development plans for quality requirements,
• Assist qualification of new manufactured quality products,
• Support and instruct quality inspectors,
• Investigate all client complaints and issues,
• Develop and execute plans for quality and control to ensure constant manufacturing continuity and product conformance,
• Review, and supervise quality documentation as needed,
• Participate as Material Review Board member to review and temper Non-Conforming Material as suitable,
• Manage and oversee source inspection activities along with supervise quality documents,
• Develope and execute statistical process controls,
• Develop and maintain positive relations and effectual communication lines with all functions, vendors and clients,
• Prepare, supervise and report suitable and effectual metrics monitoring assigned process effectiveness,
• Support quality goals and objectives along with activities to identify, explain and resolve quality issues.
