QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a “Quality Supervisor” for our client in Aegean Free Zone, İzmir with the qualifications below;
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering,
- Min. 7 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, performance testing, process quality analysis,
- Knows Microsoft Office suite, ERP, Statistical Tools,
- Completes some moderately repetitive tasks,
- Highly fluent in spoken and written English,
- Great analytical and analysis skills,
- Team Player,
- For male candidates, military service should have been completed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Auditing process quality analysis including physical, chemical, sensory and microbiological analysis,
- Preparing and revising the specifications, quality plans, procedures, and other documents in conformity with legal regulations and quality management systems,
- Preparing the laboratory annual budget and checking the budget monthly to minimize deviations,
- Root cause analyzing of the non-conformities and scheduling-applying of food safety-quality corrective-preventive actions due to the quality management systems,
- Supervising of the internal and 3rd part audits including BRC-ISO 22000-ISO 9001-AIB and other private label audits,
- Making the cost-loss analysis of the plant scraps, taking necessary actions to minimize cost,
- Monitoring and reporting of the Quality KPI’s in terms of weekly/monthly and yearly to senior management and related departments,
- Management of the consumer complaints due to plant consumer insight responsibility,
- Developing supplier performance by making risk analysis plans annually and auditing the suppliers,
- Leading the health and safety process as the company safety responsible
