Quality Systems Engineer İş İlanı

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience specifically in quality in the automotive industry and experience of dealing with customers and suppliers,
• Advanced command of English both written & spoken,
• Deep knowledge about automotive quality standards; IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA booklets, CSR, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA and ISO 14001

Dynamic, team player and having good communication skills,

• Interpersonal skills to work independently and effectively with others,
• Experience within Welding Production environment and CMM, Faro 3D measurement knowledge is an asset,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• No restriction for travelling (B Class driving license is required),
• Living or able to live in Çerkezköy or Çorlu.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Plan and organize internal quality management system and internal audits, guidance to other auditors and the corrective action reporting system,
• Implement the internal document handing system and maintain the Quality Manuals and Quality Procedures, ensure contents are appropriate for business,
• Development of quality system, processes and methods based on automotive quality standards,
• Prepare the Quality System Management review providing deployment status to the management staff,
• Coordinates the schedules for measurement system checks, calibrations,
• Follow up, submit and control of PPAP documents ( IMDS knowledge is an asset)
• Participating in the supplier audits and improvement plans, ensures all suppliers and the materials they provide are in compliance with engineering and manufacturing specifications,
• Managing the Supplier Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), managing and coordinating supplier PPM, supplier problem solving on time,
• Knowledge of Problem-Solving Techniques (Ishikawa, 5Why, A3 etc.)
