We are looking for a goal-oriented regional marketing specialist to drive marketing campaigns in accordance with the region's demographics. In this role, your responsibilities will include regional requirements and campaign budgets, and working with a variety of stakeholders such as Business Development, Operations, IT and Compliance to ensure marketing activities executed effectively. You will be surrounded by talented, open-minded people and creative people who are all trying to achieve similar goals in our international markets.
Job Description
• Lead marketing projects within the marketing department by coordinating variety of marketing functions and other departments such as Business Development, IT, Operations and Compliance.
• Support bi-weekly Business Update meetings with project updates and performance marketing KPIs
• Weekly Analysis and reporting of marketing funnel metrics for responsible region
• Identifying specific regional marketing goals and objectives.
• Assisting the Regional Marketing Manager / Regional Managers to develop creative strategies.
• Supervising and developing the regional marketing budget.
• Interacting with marketing leads to formulate and supervise the regional marketing budget.
• Evaluating productivity and marketing strategies’ return on investment (ROI)
Qualifications
• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, finance, or a related field.
• A master’s degree may be advantageous.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing or in a management role.
• Knowledge of digital marketing best practices.
• Experience with marketing tools and software.
• Experience working in a high-tech environment.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Leadership, problem-solving, and networking skills.
• Good time-management skills.
