Preferably having proven track of professional experience in sales and/or marketing in automotive industry with solid business administration knowledge, sales and leadership skills
Broad business acumen with excellent business communication and presentation skills in both Turkish and English languages

Ability to work under high-stress and/or with strict deadlines

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration field
No restriction for traveling frequently (requires 60% travelling). Must be an active driver with a valid driver’s license
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
Establish and maintain high-level communication with dealers and play an effective role in the progression of relations at the highest level
Build-up and maintain long-term collaborative business relationships with dealers and act as a well-respected, trusted partner
Guide the sales team in the dealers and coach them to create effective long term and short-term business plans to reach qualitative and quantitative targets
Be the first point of contact for dealer network for any “new car sales” related topic and be first point of contact and representative of dealer network within Mercedes-Benz Cars organization for any dealer relevant topic
Take initiative in decision making, to get the best results in ad-hoc situations in coordination with the sales team
Follow, analyze and report developments in the sector and market. Create action plans from these insights in a way that will contribute to the activities and development of sales
Carry out systematic field visits and on-site audits of all sales aspects, create action plans and follow-up. Prepare dealer visit reports for Mercedes-Benz top management
Analyze the market potential and creating input for sales and campaign planning. Collect data from the dealer network in order to create input for sales forecast
Develop marketing strategies together with marketing communications and dealership management departments, designed to increase market share and brand awareness in the local market
Create, present and agree annual/quarterly sales programs and sales targets between Mercedes-Benz and dealer network
Identify possible problems pro-actively in sales operations processes, take necessary measures by creating quick, effective and practical solutions for ad-hoc demands and problems
Plan, organize and lead regional and national sales conferences with the team
