RESPONSIBILITIES
· Following up the innovations and improvements in line with company goals
· Performing in research and product development projects and making required analysis
· Research new and alternative raw materials and organize trials
· Managing laboratory and pilot scale implementations
· Being responsible for R&D studies and reports
· Evaluate the application results and give directions to new projects
QUALIFICATIONS
· Master’s or PhD degree in Chemistry
· At least 1 year of Research and Development experience
· Excellent command of written and spoken English
· Eager to work with details and good team working skills
· Strong communication and interpersonel skills
· Detail-oriented combined with strong analytical skills
· Good command of MS Office programs
