QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

loveturkey is a travel agency and service provider specialising in travel to Turkey. We are focused on creating innovative solutions, increasing the value of services offered to both clients and customers.


For our operations in Antalya, loveturkey, we need a new team member who possesses;

  • Relevant experience in hotel pricing, and in associated agreements
  • Ability to handle daily reservation correspondence
  • Extensive knowledge in how to use package programmes for the tourism sector
  • Ability to determine hotel rates and activate the sales
  • Keep track of reservations and payments
  • Keep records of all type of communications in CC database in a comprehensible way
  • Ensure personal qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Complying adherence to company policies and procedures

We aim to recruit the suitable candidates who,

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (will be tested)
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Good people skills with the drive to work under pressure
  • Advanced Microsoft office skills
  • Are detail oriented and follow through the instructions
  • Have professionalism and organisational capabilities
  • Have a positive, energetic attitude for a fast paced environment
  • Willing to participate in training and striving to increase and improve existing skills
