QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Reservation Agent, you will work in luxury restaurant at Mandarin Oriental Bosphorus Istanbul, Hotel.
Duties and Responsibilities
Answering all incoming reservations calls
Taking / Confirming reservations & large party bookings
Entering & Coordinating guest list
Allocating tables
Preparing function sheet for the kitchen
Supporting the reception team
Preparing the Front of the House team for each service.
Familiarizing oneself with the member database
Requirements
Previous work experience in a comparable position in a luxury or similar restaurant for a minimum of 2 years.
Using Open Table, Top Table, Seven Rooms and Microsoft Outlook
Proficiency knowledge of English spoken and written language as well as Turkish language. Russian and Arabic language knowledge is a plus.
