QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for Reservation & E-Commerce Representative for Hilton Garden Inn İzmir Bayraklı,
· Good standard of higher education,
· Minimum 2 years experience in relevant position,
· Fluency in English is a must,
· Excellent communication and organizational skills,
· Excellent computer skills and knowledge of OnQ would be an advantage,
· Ability to manage online sales channels,
· Confident, self motivated, persuasive and networks with others,
· Positive and proactive attitude,
· To be familiar with İzmir Hotel Market will be an asset.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Execute all varieties of direct and ask & sale agency bookings,Adding new Accounts and improving Hotel’s Customer Network,
· Process all information using the hotel computer systems,
· Building strong relationship with Customers,
· Contributing to revenue management
· Being visible in the Hotel and maintaining good relationship with the Hotel Guests,
· Excellent time management/work prioritization skills
· Excellent problem solving, leadership, and customer service skills
