QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Basic purpose of the position
We are currently looking to fill the position of Warehouse Responsible Manager to follow and pursue all processes and operations in the warehouse of the partner logistics firm in compliance with the regulations of Ministry of Health. The successful applicant will maintain high levels of accuracy in day-to-day operations, lead and develop the warehouse team and provide impeccable customer service to our clients.
Job Profile:
- To apply all GMP & GDP requirements and the procedures required by the applicable regulations to all Ferring products at the Representative Pharmaceutical Warehouse
- To run the delivery operation of imported or locally produced products in line with quality requirements, GMP and GDP.
- To control, approve and manage all steps included in quality assurance system
- To control the service received from the 3rd Party Logistics Company and to manage the staff members working for Ferring warehouse.
- To prepare and update the SOP’s for the warehouse
- To ensure timely evaluation and reporting of returned goods
- To review the batch records and release each batch for Turkey on time before dispatch and/or sales decision of the products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy,Chemistry
- 2 years of experience in manufacturing, Quality Control/Assurance and/or 2-3 years of experience in Pharma environment and warehouse management
- Experience in GDP & GMP and Local Regulations
- Preferred knowledge of Quality Assurance
- Fluency in English
- Analytical Thinking

- Excellent Planning and Organization skills
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work with all levels of staff
