W Istanbul is looking for "Restaurant Manager"!

  • University degree in Tourism and Hotel Management
  • Minimum 3 years as a similar position in 5 star international hotels
  • Requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong command of Turkish & English in both
  • Computer skills and knowledge of computer programs, including a strong proficiency of MS Word, Excel, Opera, Micros
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous
  • Ability to focus attention on details and be able to organize, prioritize and follow up
  • Good team player, working well with other departments and coworkers
  • Ability to promote positive relationship with all guests
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Leadership skills

İŞ TANIMI

Restaurant Manager;

  • Extensive knowledge of Restaurant, Bar/Lounge, Room Service, Kitchen and Stewarding operational procedures
  • Extensive knowledge in areas of menu planning, food safety and budgeting
  • Knowledge of food and beverage health laws
  • Knowledge of hotel laws governing operations
  • Result oriented, strong persuasion skills
  • Creative and able to follow job literature, news and applications
  • Able to develop and execute sales focused projects
  • Ability in following up daily and long term agendas
  • Ability in adapting brand standard perspectives to work rapidly
  • Develops and maintains Food and Beverage goals
