W Istanbul is looking for "Restaurant Manager"!
- University degree in Tourism and Hotel Management
- Minimum 3 years as a similar position in 5 star international hotels
- Requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong command of Turkish & English in both
- Computer skills and knowledge of computer programs, including a strong proficiency of MS Word, Excel, Opera, Micros
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous
- Ability to focus attention on details and be able to organize, prioritize and follow up
- Good team player, working well with other departments and coworkers
- Ability to promote positive relationship with all guests
- Good problem solving skills
- Leadership skills
İŞ TANIMI
Restaurant Manager;
- Extensive knowledge of Restaurant, Bar/Lounge, Room Service, Kitchen and Stewarding operational procedures
- Extensive knowledge in areas of menu planning, food safety and budgeting
- Knowledge of food and beverage health laws
- Knowledge of hotel laws governing operations
- Result oriented, strong persuasion skills
- Creative and able to follow job literature, news and applications
- Able to develop and execute sales focused projects
- Ability in following up daily and long term agendas
- Ability in adapting brand standard perspectives to work rapidly
- Develops and maintains Food and Beverage goals
