What are we looking for;
- At least 4 years preferably experienced in a similar position in an International Hotel Team member;
- University degree
- Having outstanding personal presentation, excellent communication and organizational skills
- Should be creative, innovative and strive for continuous improvement
- Ability to focus attention on details and be able to organize, prioritize and follow up
- Willingness to develop team members and self
- Ensure that communication meetings are held and post-meeting minutes are prepared
- Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
- Encourage team members to maximize sales and revenue
- Develop menus with other members of Food and Beverage team
- Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
- Manage guest feedback in a timely and efficient manner
- Recruit, manage, train and develop the Food and Beverage team
