What are we looking for;


  • At least 4 years preferably experienced in a similar position in an International Hotel Team member;
  • University degree
  • Having outstanding personal presentation, excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Should be creative, innovative and strive for continuous improvement
  • Ability to focus attention on details and be able to organize, prioritize and follow up
  • Willingness to develop team members and self
  • Ensure that communication meetings are held and post-meeting minutes are prepared
  • Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Encourage team members to maximize sales and revenue
  • Develop menus with other members of Food and Beverage team
  • Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
  • Manage guest feedback in a timely and efficient manner
  • Recruit, manage, train and develop the Food and Beverage team
