RESTAURANT MANAGER

We are looking for a highly enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join our team running of the business at our restaurant. To be open to new challenges, to deliver an amazing experience to our guests, to be friendly and welcoming to our guests and colleagues.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Managing the service department of the restaurant at high standards,
  • Managing, training and motivating the entire service team,
  • Having a good command of checking the costs, Restaurant general monthly P&L, budgeting, forecasting and managing the entire daily operations perfectly,
  • Creating new service standards amd implement in high standards,


QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Minimum 2 years experience in the same position, graduated from College or University hospitality food & beverage restaurant management departments.

  • 8 to 10 years experience in the domestic and overseas restaurants at high standards in the relevant fields in food & beverage industry, preferably Michelin star restaurants experience.
  • Excellent command of the Turkish cuisine and knowledge of local products
  • Knowledge of the highest serving standards.
  • Experienced in all processes from the production to the presentation of wines and other drinks.
  • Experienced in pre-opening restaurants.
  • Experienced in costs and coordination, establishing and training on service sequence procedures in writing and verbally.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Fluent and excellent command of speaking and writing communication skills in Turkish and English.
  • High self-motivation, believing in teamwork.
  • Quick learning skills.
  • High capability of persuasion and solution-oriented thinking.
  • Adaptability to intense work pressure.
  • Careful, responsible and following up his duties.
  • Ability to act in accordance with the food safety (implementing HACCP / ISO 22000 rules) and occupational safety legislations.
  • Closely following up the world and new gastronomy trends.
  • Completed military service for male candidates.
