We are looking for a vibrant and enthusiastic team member for the position of Asst. F&B Manager for Radisson Blu Ottomare Hotel, Istanbul Ottomare.
General Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business or related field,
- Minimum 3 years of experience from similar establishments and Food & Drink operations is advantageous including supervisory and organisational skills,
- Well presented, flexible and have good communication and customer care skills including a natural positive “Yes I Can” attitude towards providing excellent service,
- Advance level of English, both written and spoken is a must,
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required,
- Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills are required,
- High levels of motivation, enthusiasm and an innovative approach,
- Able to motivate, energise and maintain a positive attitude in themselves and their colleagues,
- Outgoing, dynamic and sales focused,
- Ability to work well in a dynamic environment, excellent interpersonal skills, must be a team player with a flexible and cooperative attitude, lateral thinker and eager problem solver,
- Energetic, detail-oriented, self-motivated and multitasking skills
