QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Soho House is a collection of private members' clubs and restaurants spread throughout Europe, the UK and America. Each house and restaurant maintains its own personality and atmosphere but the ethos has remained the same; serving fantastic cocktails and simple but delicious food in a comfortable and relaxed environment.

We are looking for " Floor Manager" for Cecconi's with the qualifications below:

  • Gained working experience of around 2 to 3 years in a similar position
  • Must possess good knowledge about food and beverage in addition to superior customer relations skills.
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Micros is a requirement
  • Managing stress
  • Being a good team player
  • Being creative
  • Being approachable and friendly

JOB DESCRIPTION

During service

  • Cashing up correctly at the end of shift
  • Main point of contact for any Members, Customers or staff
  • Setting up functions for next day
  • Float for cash draws
  • Ambiance of restaurant, bar and other areas
  • Ensuring all rules are being observed by Staff and Members
  • Ensuring all bills are correct
  • Be around on the floor at all times during service
  • Ensuring designated jobs are fulfilled by staff (i.e Mis En Place)
  • Motivation of Staff & Team Spirit
  • Organising and looking after new staff during their trials
  • Cleanliness of all bars and floor areas
  • Relevant forms completed for all staff (e.g start/term/holiday forms)
  • Ensure Fire Regulations are observed
  • Undertake any additional tasks as designated by Cecconi's General Manager
  • Attend all training sessions as scheduled
