Job Description
o Direct reporting to Marketing Manager,
o Analyze and understand global product strategy to create local strategies & programs
o Prepare monthly campaigns with Renault and Dacia brands, analyze efficiency of campaigns
o Collect feedbacks from field and build up new strategies collaboration with sales team
o Adapt / develop lift & shift campaign mix to boost sales performance
o Work with CRM team to create more efficient churn, win back and renewal offers
o Lead innovation projects with the cross-functional teams
o Prepare analysis and presentations for regular meetings with HQ teams in France
Key Qualifications
o University degree preferably Engineering, Economics, Marketing or Statistics
o Fluent in English (French is a plus)
o 3-8 year experience in FMCG, E-Commerce, Banking or Automotive sectors,
o Good at Excel functions and wish to improve with more financial calculations
o Ability to think strategically and analytically to make decisions based on through research and analysis
o Strong relationship building skills to deal with internal and external partners
o Talented on project management.
