Let’s be honest. There’s a decent amount of revenue here at Getir. After all, we have consistently grown for the last 6 years, adding new services (revenue streams!) and new cities (geographic revenue!)

That revenue continues to grow as Getir increasingly becomes an integral part of peoples’ lives in Turkey. With numerous services (Getir, GetirYemek, GetirBüyük, GetirSu, GetirÇarşı) and numerous cities present within Getir, and our tech-first approach, there are endless possibilities in how we can provide valuable offerings to our customers while further strengthening the business. Optimizing revenue is important financially, but it’s actually an integral part of providing a value-for-money experience to our users, counted in the millions.

At Getir, we all put on different hats when necessary and revenue management has so far been done collectively by numerous awesome people, but the volume is now so large that it warrants a dedicated team. This new team will adopt both best practices and create Getir-practices in our approach to revenue management. It will further support our growth, enabling us to rapidly ‘bring’ greater value to our spectacular Getir users.

What You’ll Do:

  • Contribute the revenue strategy roadmap.
  • Balanced, sustainable topline growth is simply the goal. Support this by balancing the delivery of short-term financial metrics and mid/long-term considerations such as market share and customer/brand strength.
  • Support Revenue Management analysis with multi-functional teams (hello Growth, Marketing, Purchasing teams!), designing solid tools of revenue performance.
  • Support to set up an architecture that smoothly blends together the customer, the brand, and price.Do this by analyzing and integrating market dynamics, consumer insights and competitive considerations.
  • Review customers’ promotional spend and brand pricing positions on both weekly and monthly basis.
  • Analyze offers’ feasibility be working on Gross-to-Net P&Ls for account/product specific actions.
  • Enjoy working with our distinguished Marketing and Growth teams to analyze promo efficiencies, uplifts, and the like.
  • Execute the pricing concepts and strategies at Getir. Take into account current and historic demand patterns, competition and other market dynamics that may be in play considering we truly do live in unprecedented times.

What You Need:

  • Be a decent human being.
  • First be you, then the high-performing Revenue Management Specialist we seek.
  • Be good with the numbers, statistics, data-science (regression, clustering, forecasting) and using BI tools( Tableau, Power BI) but even better at explaining them to any stakeholders. What are stats for if we can’t derive meaningful change out of them anyway, right?
  • Basic Python knowledge is nice to have.
  • Bring your skills, mindset, and experience to Getir, where we’re rather OK with doing everything a bit differently. We’re not hiring someone for what they did at their previous company, but for their skills and their personality as a human.
  • Advanced English is a must. We’re already an international team.
