GENEL NİTELİKLER
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Industrial Design or relevant disciplines,
Master's degree is a plus,
At least 2-3 years of experience in retail marketing, shopper marketing, marketing communications in brands or advertising agencies,
Excellent command of written and verbal English (second language will be an asset),
Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Programmes,
Preferably entry level of SAP knowledge,
Excellent communication and organizational skills (both written and verbal),
Team player,
Ability to follow up projects in multiple fields,
Analytical and questioning mindset, proactive and result oriented,
Strong problem solving and analytic thinking skills,
Strong time management skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Planning, design and implementation of all storefront and in-store storytelling and visual communication elements, both digital and offline, in parallel with the brand communication plan,
Ensuring the sales areas are designed correctly for the customer journey: easy to shop and visually impressive, enhancing memorable shopping experience,
Managing customer experience and communication projects in physical stores by following customer insights, marketing and communication trends in accordance with the brand strategy,
Managing the design of digital and traditional communication materials with creative agencies,
Working closely with marketing, communications and sales departments,
Guiding the correct application of brand standards in physical stores,
Gets involved in the creation of retail corporate identity guidelines and updates,
Follows and contributes to the company retail strategy, in line with market trends and customer expectations, improving customer experience to enhance the brand perception.
