JOB DESCRIPTION
Coordinate implementation of sales plans to achieve targets of the company
Create a solution approach to selling and create value for customers (based on e-commerce, digital solutions, UX/UI, digital analytics & performance marketing)
Responsible for the whole sales cycle from lead generation to turning prospects into happy, partnering customers
Identify, develop and follow-up new business opportunities as well as to set up prospect meetings
Qualify opportunities and collaborate with Sales to closure
Discover and define prospect needs and analyze on delivering the value proposition with all stakeholders
Investigate, research, develop new business opportunities, conduct market research and gain industry insights, prepare analysis and evaluation reports (feasibility and business plan) for growth opportunities
Track all customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce.
Retain and develop long-term business relationships with existing customers through proactive customer service, prompt attention and resolution to customer concerns, and timely service agreement updates.
