Responsibilities:
License degree in industrial engineering or bussiness administration is a must.
Previous experience in casting, automotive, agricultural industry, pumps – valves – hydraulics, or any relevant industry in sales or business development is a plus.
Advanced level of English language is a must. Advanced level of German, French, Italian or Spanish language is a plus.

Tasks:
· Positions company’s capabilites for products, solutions and services to existing and potential customers
· He/she supports and drives the business and it’s strategic directions in co-ordination with the casting and machining teams of Kutes.
· Effectively profiles target accounts and builds relationships with business decision-makers at targeted clients
· Communicates with cross-functional groups, and builds strategic relationships with client teams
· Works with the Engineering Team in coordinating sales activities. Coordinate preperation deliver technical presentations to prospective companies in collaboration with the technical departments of the company.
· Analyse offers and counter bids with Sales and Business Development Manager
· Respond to requests for information/quotes/proposals
· Ensures client satisfaction and broadening of offerings
· Establish a professional network of decision makers, influencers, and industry pundits
· Keeps abreast of industry related trends capturing best practices and advices
· Provides market feedback and customer requirements to operations and services teams in order to enrich their offerings
· Develop and implement a customer focused sales strategy based on the Kutes sales strategy and all relevant customers information to optimize business opportunities.
· Focuses on opportunities that support Kutes Casting and Machining’s integrated market strategy
