Sales Development Analysis Specialist İş İlanı

GENEL NİTELİKLER

Qualificattions:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related disciplines,
• Master's degree is a plus,
  
• At least 1 year experience within sales, marketing or business development,
  
• Excellent command of written and verbal English (second language will be an asset),
  
• Competent in MS Office (Excel,Word,PowerPoint) Programmes,
  
• Preferably moderate level of SAP knowledge,
  
• Experienced in data analysis and reporting,
  
• Result orientation with strong analytical thinking and team player,
  
• Completed military service (for male candidates).

Job Description:

• Making profitability analyzes of dealers and stores,
• Preparing the dealer payment schedule, making analyzes to determine the needs in the planning of the next months according to the balance of payment,
  
• Working in coordination with the finance team for the arrangement of the dealers' accounts,
  
• Working with IT team to design and activate screens for new payment system,
  
• Ensuring the management of dealer accounts by working in coordination with the sales teams,
  
• Being responsible for designing, improving, managing and reporting projects within the scope of the omnichannel approach,
  
• Playing an active role in system and process development projects,
  
• Working in coordination with the Budget team in the calculation of dealer bonus,
  

Eligible candidates will be invited to following processes: Tests (General Aptitude, English, Personality Inventory) and interviews (HR interview, technical interviews with line managers and Top Management evaluations)
