GENEL NİTELİKLER
Qualificattions:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related disciplines,
- Master's degree is a plus,
- At least 1 year experience within sales, marketing or business development,
- Excellent command of written and verbal English (second language will be an asset),
- Competent in MS Office (Excel,Word,PowerPoint) Programmes,
- Preferably moderate level of SAP knowledge,
- Experienced in data analysis and reporting,
- Result orientation with strong analytical thinking and team player,
- Completed military service (for male candidates).
Job Description:
- Making profitability analyzes of dealers and stores,
- Preparing the dealer payment schedule, making analyzes to determine the needs in the planning of the next months according to the balance of payment,
- Working in coordination with the finance team for the arrangement of the dealers' accounts,
- Working with IT team to design and activate screens for new payment system,
- Ensuring the management of dealer accounts by working in coordination with the sales teams,
- Being responsible for designing, improving, managing and reporting projects within the scope of the omnichannel approach,
- Playing an active role in system and process development projects,
- Working in coordination with the Budget team in the calculation of dealer bonus,
Eligible candidates will be invited to following processes: Tests (General Aptitude, English, Personality Inventory) and interviews (HR interview, technical interviews with line managers and Top Management evaluations)
