QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferably, Bachelor's degree from Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Management Information Systems and similar departments.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness or Business Excellence or Operational Excellence in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS office programs, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Preferably with Microsoft PowerBI experience.
  • Able to use IQVIA’s Dataview and IAM interfaces.
  • CRM system administration experience preferably with INFINI
  • Experienced in data analytics and reporting.
  • Good command both written and spoken English.
  • No military obligations for male candidates.


JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Providing operational support to field force about reporting, CRM and IMS.
  • Preparation and updating of reports as visit and segmentation, coverage reports based on Excel and PowerPoint formats.
  • Controlling the periodical usage of the system, helping with the technical and procedural problems of reps/regional managers, providing the correspondences with the relevant companies when needed.
  • Updating the territory structures and pharmacies in case of any change on CRM systems.
  • Providing data transfers between different CRM systems.
  • To discuss, advise and work on the improvement of the necessary or possible reports and applications, and make the changes/improvements in reality.
  • Being a part of distributing the targets on a territory based excel system for each rep and region with respect to main periodical sales budget, taking the approvals from the executive teams and sharing with the field force.
  • Calculating the field force incentives.
  • Tracking and summarizing the scores of coaching forms on an excel base table filled by regionals managers with their reps.
  • Making calculations about Sales Force Sizing and Territory Alignment.
  • Preparing, revising and updating of related SOPs of the department.
  • Following and solving issues on SFE HelpDesk. Tracking, reporting and managing the SFE HelpDesk App.
