SALES FORCE ENABLEMENT ASSOCIATE - EU CLUSTER (CONTRACTOR)

ROLE SUMMARY

Sales Force Enablement is a service vertical within the Customer Facing Enablement team, driving performance, scale, simplicity, and efficiency for the sales force. This role will be responsible for leading Sales Force Enablement service delivery activities within the Mid-Size EU region that allow the business to drive quality at scale. This role will strategically collaborate with internal stakeholders and other colleagues within Sales Force Enablement to operationalize key services like sales force targeting, deployment and alignment, call planning, and virtual selling.

The role will apply technical delivery knowledge to partner with the Service Design Owner for Sales Force Enablement as well as Bold Move Design Owners as needed to support and enable service improvements for the Mid-Size EU region within this service vertical.

This role will be a key member of the Sales Force Enablement – EU Clusters Team.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Drives Sales Force Enablement services in the Mid-Size EU region:

  • Field Force sales call/detail planning and activities with processes and tools
  • Enables customer segmentation, sales force sizing, call plans and sales performance projections
  • Builds efficient and optimized sales team structures, reporting hierarchies and geographical boundaries
  • Enables virtual communications, engagements and details between customer facing colleagues and clients
  • Support for customer facing colleagues in obtaining access to hospital systems in an efficient, timely, and cost-effective manner, while remaining compliant with Pfizer and hospital system policies.

Exercises independent judgement to improve Sales Force Enablement service delivery within the Mid-Size EU region:

  • Streamlines and scales systems across the Mid-Size EU region and BUs with central support
  • Identifies needs for innovation or operational support.
  • Takes appropriate / compliant risks to advance innovative processes and methodologies for moderately complex problems with supervisory support where needed
  • Understands the Sales Force Enablement Design and Global Vertical service catalog definition, processes, enhancements, and strategies
  • Contributes to the standardization, optimization and automation towards higher efficiency, better service quality, and faster solution provisioning
  • Ensures the collection and provision of service delivery data and insights to support further service delivery optimization, effectiveness of daily service delivery operations and to provide insight for Biopharma Ops
  • Ensure the usage of service delivery tools and platforms.
  • Improves quality, consistency and compliance across company andthe Mid-Size EU region
  • Ensures all service delivery meets agreed in place quality plans in collaboration with CQO and HR Global Compensation to meet compliance policies, guidelines, and procedures

Defines priorities and allocates resources to drive efficient and effective client engagement:

  • Possesses a deep understanding of the Mid-Size EU region business landscapes and BU strategies to determine key priorities and their impact on Sales Force Enablement activities
  • Proactively engages with internal stakeholders and regional colleagues to understand and ensure alignment of client strategies inthe Mid-Size EU region and determines optimal resource allocation and investment that enables efficient and high-quality HCP engagement
  • Manages his/her budget to ensure service delivery commitment and financial expectations are met with supervision
  • Will align, contribute to, and implement the new Sales Force Enablement Design capabilities that are part of the vertical roadmap and strategy


QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA Required; MBA or equivalent Master’s-level education preferred
  • Beginning level or 1+ years of commercial experience, preferably in Sales Force Enablement work and / or inthe Mid-Size EU region
  • Fluency in English required, second language preferred
