Bachelor's degree in Engineering Departments (Preferably Industrial or Mechanical Engineering)
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Maximum 2 years of business experience, preferably in Sales Operations Management,
Advanced knowledge of MS Office Applications (especially Excel, Power Point)

JOB DESCRIPTION
The main function of the staff, job priority description (Sequence the work to be done and time plans in the department in order of importance from largest to smallest.)
Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales activities between the field sales and marketing team, customers and logistics.
Selecting the appropriate products according to the incoming bid requests, preparing the offer, and forwarding it to the customer.
Entering orders from customers and dealers into the system, making revisions if any, and following up until shipment.
Preparation of approval files before order, preparation of contracts.
In addition, performing routine activities such as data entry, documentation, filing, correspondence, presentation and reporting.
