Experienced in Defence Industry
Bachelor's degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering
Having 3-5 years experience in sales of Brushless DC Motors (BLDC, PMSM) motors
Excellent command of written and spoken
Dynamic, team player, good interpersonal skills.
High presentation skills, good level of MS Office Programs
Proactive, analytical minded, solution & target oriented
No restriction of travelling
JOB DESCRIPTION
Building and developing sales volume and the relationships in current and targeted new customers
Effectively communicating client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements
Collecting and documenting competitive intelligence
Providing echnical guidance to production staff and customers with a focus on transmission, engine and mechanical processes.
Travelling to visit potential clients
Negotiating tender and contract terms
Managing and interpreting customer requirements
Doing cost analysis
Helping in the design of custom-made products
