QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Çepaş is now looking for a an Sales Engineer who will be a quick-contributor to our company. The interview will be held in English.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
* Bachelors’ degree in Engineering Departments (Mechanical, Metalurgy, Civil, Industrial, Electromechanical etc.) with experience in sales and export.
* Excellent command of English. (Russian is preferred)
* Advanced level of knowledge in MS Office.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in sales process.
What are my responsibilities?
* Develop and identify business and potential customer opportunities in Road Safety market.
* Starting from the project design providing tailored solutions to our customers creating highest work efficiency and profitability.
* Reaching out to sales targets and generating an export sales chain within defined locations.
* Define, manage, and start lobbying with market influencers such as planners, specifiers, insurance specialists, etc.
* Identifies new ways of creating value with customers.
* Proactively works with customers in defining bid specifications.
* Offer preparation and follow-up.
* Order processing and contract handling
What else do I need to know?
* Military service should be completed for male candidates.
* All the candidates should be ready for travels to abroad.
