What you will do

As a result of recent growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Solution Sales Executive position. Sales Executive – Digital Solutions will be reporting directly to the Sales Manager, Controls and will be based in Istanbul. At this key role, you will be responsible for delivering a sales target in Turkey across the Open Blue platform which is a new IOT AI Cloud based BMS software that ensures energy efficiency by generating intelligent analytics.

Our Digital Technology (DT) Sales teams are outcome based sellers developing and implementing technology solutions that link building, Information Technology/Business Systems and Speciality systems into a single converged network to achieve our customers’ desired business outcomes. Our DT solutions will reduce our customers’ capital and operating costs and improve the functionality of the building by providing communications network to exchange data, automate actions and provide critical information required to optimize systems and people performance throughout the life cycle of the building.

How you will do it

As our Digital Solutions Sales Executive, you will be empowered to make decisions and effectively run key accounts whilst dealing with an element of ambiguity. You will be establishing and growing the Open Blue business in Turkey by generating new business with property developers, end users, E&M consultants and stakeholders operating in Turkey&Caspian.

At this role, you will act as the single point of contact for sales and support of the growth for Digital Solutions market from property developers, end-users, E&M consultants and stakeholders. You will manage the existing relationship with potential customers and line up internal resources from different business units to support growth of Digital Solutions revenue.

What we look for

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronic engineering, computer science, a related field or equivalent experience, Master’s preferred
  • Minimum 2 years' sales experience in Building Solutions (BMS, HVAC, Energy, ELV)
  • Experience in enterprise software sales, data analytics, IT or other technology solutions sales
  • Consultative selling skills and ability to connect innovative solutions to customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate the value in complex and often tailored solutions
  • Ability to lead, influence and collaborate with both internal & external stakeholders at all levels

Preferred

  • Fluency in English
  • Experience in multi-national corporations
  • Good connections with property developers, E&M consultants
  • Large account management experience from a Digital Solutions environment
  • Experience in facilities, energy savings, smart cities
