QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

To be a role model and coach for Sales Growth Implementer with the competencies and devotion it possesses without compromising the "Company HSSE Policies" by making the principles of Business Development, Operational Excellence and Customer Satisfaction a daily way of doing business and life.

· Raise the awareness of "Goal Zero" of Sales Growth Implementer and prioritizing HSSE performance. to coach the staff on HSSE issues during site visits. To report the negative situations detected at the station related to HSSE to the HSSE Advisor and manager.

· Prepare the staff's performance file, make a road plan about the points that need improvement and share it with District Sales & Acquisition Managers

· Ensure that the staff acts in accordance with the annual training plan, operational goals and NFR goals

· Manage the orientation process of the newly joined Sales Growth Implementer

· Know all company HSSE policies, to be informed about changes/innovations in a timely manner and to have the staff implement the changes/innovations of the relevant online and offline training content in the site

· Ensure the successful completion of ROTA tasks by the staff, to visit the staff at the missing points and to demonstrate the ROTA in practice

· Ensure that the detected negativities and operational deficiencies are eliminated together with the Site Manager by ensuring that the Service Excellence Form is filled in the region he is responsible for.

· Establish a bridge connection between the Shell head office and the staff to be in effective communication. To convey the needs and demands of the staff to the head office and to create a healthier working environment

· Ensure the staff to be productive by keeping the staff dynamic with projects and competitions

· Provide development in sales forecasting and supply issues

· Identify commercial opportunities in operational terms, to increase revenues with the NFR team

· Identify needs and taking action for the best customer experience

· To determine supplier supply decisions and to communicate with the relevant department

· Identify what is needed in which subjects during the trainings and field studies and meeting this need with the appropriate method

· To be able to make the "Annual Training Plan" specific to the station, to determine the commercial priorities with the Site Manager and Sales Growth Implementer

· Provide feedback for the design and revision of Local and Global Trainings

  • Bachelor degree
  • Good command of English·
  • Having a specified level document for car usage, driver's license and road experience
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Commercial View & Business Development perspective and to be coach to the staff
  • Knowledge about margin, promotion, campaign profit, income and expense concepts, procurement, shipment and sales forecasting, customer satisfaction and customer journey
  • To have training/experience in Teaching, Training Design and Development
  • To have knowledge/experience in Personnel Management, Category Management and Labor Standards and to coach the staff
  • Organization and coordination skills
  • Solution Oriented and Strong Communication Skills
