JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To ensure that sales and promotion activities in all markets on a country basis are carried out in accordance with company strategies,

  • To prepare and implement annual, quarterly and monthly plans in order to achieve sales and market share targets in all markets,

  • To develop competitive strategies,

  • To ensure and improve customer satisfaction, to ensure the growth of the customer portfolio by gaining new customers,

  • To carry out product promotion activities with the focus on internal and external customer satisfaction,

  • To hold national and regional meetings, develop and implement projects in accordance with the company's goals and strategies.

  • To share and implement all kinds of (traditional and/or digital) sales & marketing strategies effectively and completely with their team,

  • To determine the regional work plans and business targets of Regional Managers and Sales & Promotion Specialists, and to ensure the distribution of tasks and segmentation according to the target audience and sales and promotion strategy,

  • To make the necessary coordination and guidance for Regional Managers and Sales & Promotion Specialists to achieve their promotional goals,

  • To ensure coordination between all units of the company and Sales & Promotion Specialists, and to lead and mentor the related sales team,

  • To prepare the relevant reports in a timely manner and to submit or present them to the management team (Monthly activities, expenditures, investments, market dynamics and competitor actions, marketing activities budget, etc.)

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university or field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Cosmetics / FMCG sector

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in management of Sales and Promotion activities as a Sales Manager position

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken

  • Excellent written - verbal communication & negotiation skills,

  • Ability to set, plan and accomplish goals under deadlines,

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications,

  • Self-confident, strong analytical and interpersonal skills even under stress environments,

  • Leadership and mentoring skills

  • Driving License is required

  • No travel restrictions
