QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager responsible for marketing planning and brand management for the products we distribute as Concrete Pumps, Mining Equipments, Industrial Equipments.

· Build and maintain professional files for the customer,

· Relations: Manages and develops appropriate and positive relationships with customers and key accounts. Supports customers in adopting the new products and facilitates problem resolution,

· Have effective communication strategy and method, and build trust relationships with clients,

· Business opportunity development, follow up, and support product line to achieve orders,

· Assist and participate in commercial negotiations for Key Projects,

· Responsible to target customers in machinery and heavy equipment industries to develop and market,

· Meet annual sales targets and objectives,

· Develop and implement specific marketing strategies, sales process, and cost control for existing and target customers,

· Reporting directly to General Manager,

· Marketing information collection and analysis, defining and tracking performance metrics, planning appropriate measures and making decisions to ensure current and future market requirements are met and maximize profitability.

The person we are looking for has;

· Engineering degree or above in Marketing, International Business and/or related fields,

· At least 4-5 years of experience as Team Leader,

· Heavy equipment machinery industry experience is a must with a minimum of 3-4 years of Sales Experience of Heavy Equipment Machinery or Spare Parts (Concrete Pumps, Minin Equipments, Earthmoving Machinery, Industrial Equipments),

· Leadership skills and ability to guide, coach, and mentor others,

· Advanced level of English in comprehending, writing, and speaking,

· Having a Class B driver's license and be an active driver,

· Capacity to work in a global environment,

· Baring no restrictions for traveling locally and/or internationally,

· Experience in engaging with customers in a dynamic environment,

· Strong verbal/written and presentation skills and excellent communication

· Demonstrated strong problem solving, selling, and negotiation skills,

· Proficient in computer applications and MS Office programs (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint,)

· For male candidates, military service should be completed

· Residing in the Anatolian Side of Istanbul
