QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering,
  • Min. 7 years of experience in OEM automotive and / or plastic injection industry,
  • Expert knowledge in PPAP, ISO / TS16949, FMEA, PPAP, IATF 16949: 2016 system, ability to use SAP, PLM, MS Project, Catia, programs,
  • Advanced level of English and German,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office toolsandpreferably SAPand PLM,
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills,
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills,
  • Strong negotiation skills,
  • Experience in project management,
  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture,
  • Set clear team goals, Delegate tasks and set deadlines, Oversee day-to-day operation,
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics, Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments,

Job Description

Farplas a leading company in the global automotive supply industry of plastic system components is looking for“ Sales & Project Program Leader” to join our team.

  • Help team complete projects on time and within the proposed budget,
  • Coordinate project schedules, resources and information and work with the client to define the requirements, scope and objectives for a project,
  • Work closely with the client to ensure their needs are being met as a project evolves.
  • Managing activities that will increase brand awareness and market share and finding new customers,
  • Adding new customers and locations to porfolio by performing market and customer analysis in country wise for emerging markets in line with Farplas marketing plan and strategy,
  • Troughout the product life cycle with starting from marketing activities; ensuring management and reporting of all technical and commercial subjects from RFQ-SOP and to EOP in line with expectations of customers by project marketing teams.
