QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Exairon - The Autonomous Customer Experience Platform enables all processes and communications not requiring human intervention in the interactions of organizations with their customers, business partners or employees to be performed autonomously by artificial intelligence. At the same time, for the processes which human intervention is needed, the Platform increases the efficiency of manpower with semi-autonomous work and thus ensures the most effective use of its valuable human resources.
Responsibilities
- Discovering new markets and opportunities that align with Exairon's growth strategy
- Build Exairon’s brand in the marketplace by presenting, promoting and selling Exairon’s solutions by leveraging a value selling approach
- Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs
- Provide high quality of outbound outreach to prospective customers by phone, email, Linkedin and other channels
- Identify new sales opportunities through inbound lead
- Full-funnel sales experience from outreach to closing.
- Conduct virtual presentations and sales demos with prospects
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Product Development groups to ensure customer receives maximum value throughout lifecycle
- Establish and maintain a relationship with customers to grow accounts and expand customer base
- Log activities and pipeline progression to our CRM system
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- 1-3 years of direct sales experience in a SAAS startup or a software technology company
- Advanced level of English
- A self-driven organized entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to manage complex initiatives with limited supervision.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Passion for AI and disruptive technologies.
- Obsession with ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Experience in CRM and LinkedIn sales and marketing tools
